Life was going on as it usually does back in reality, when all the sudden there was some sort of online announcement that the world was ending. The planet was becoming uninhabitable for some reason that had to do with pollution and the atmosphere. Like we were slowly losing air – or something. I was trying to find the reason but every time I tried Googling it something would distract me. It was frustrating. Humans had some time, like maybe a year. But everyone was instructed to eliminate the oldest age group first to help preserve air, the the next oldest, etc. I was concerned about this whole process, and thought we can’t do this. We can’t just start to hunt and kill one another. Plus, if we get to the age group that has small children that doesn’t make sense, there would be no parents left and the kids would die anyway so what is the point? It’s not like humanity would be saved. People were slowly starting to panic.
