I went to follow my vet around. A tech gave me a watch and told me if I look at it people around me would give me something to do. A dog was being anesthetized for surgery and I got to do the intonation. At first the tube went into the esophagus but I corrected and got it into the trachea. After that I was more or less left to wander and looking at the watch did not work. Missed opportunity for a reality check by the way. At some point the vet hospital morphed to seem like my parents’ house but was still the vet hospital. Jagger was there. I texted my mom asking if we’d be taking him home which we decided to do when she arrived to pick me up.
