Grasp the Feeling

When you are having a hard time remembering your dream, one trick to find that “thread” of memory is to relax, and reach for the FEELING of the dream.

What is the lingering feeling you’re left with afterward? When you first wake up – or as soon after the dream as possible – try and find that feeling before trying to think about specific images, places, people or words that were in it. First tapping into the emotion of the dream will often associate those additional details and they will begin to trickle in on their own. All you have to do is relax and let them come…let yourself remember.

Make sure to jot them down in your journal or personal device for reading later on!
